        On behalf of the Organizing Committee, it is our great honor and pleasure to welcome all friends and colleagues to participate in upcoming 2019 APKASS Summit running in April 18-21, in Chengdu, China as the president of 2019 APKASS and Chinese Society of Sports medicine.
        The congress will be hold combining with 16th IFOSMA (International Forum on Orthopeadic Sports Medicine and Arthroscopy Surgery), a famous China based international congress of sports medicine and arthroscopy. The theme of this congress is “Sports Medicine for Functional Priority & Excellence Performance”. We deeply appreciate your participation and contribution to the congress. 
        2019 APKASS aims to encourage the innovation in the clinical practice and research as well as benefit to the patients. APKASS is a great platform for the scientific exchange and surgical technique development in knee, shoulder, elbow, foot and ankle surgery, arthroscopy and sports medicine in Asia-Pacific. We hope you all to bring your researchers and studying to this congress from all over the world.
       There will be more than 60 invited international lecturers and 1800 abstracts submitting and 1252 registrants from China and the Asian pacific region to this congress. The congress will launch an APKASS scholarship program to awards for outstanding young research.
       We have forged a strong partnership with the International Society of Arthroscopy, Knee Surgery, and Orthopedic Sports Medicine (ISAKOS), European Society of Sports Traumatology Keen Surgery and Arthroscopy (ESSKA), American Orthopedic Society for Sports Medicine (AOSSM) and Latin American Society of Knee Arthroscopy and Sports Medicine (SLARD).
